If you're gonna put somebody in a supervised position to make sure the truck is clean. You might wanna tell them to do supervisor things. The left side of my truck all 3 rims had not been touched break dust. I. Ran my fingers across all of them. Tons of breakdust on the rims, bugs still on my mirrors, bugs still on my grill. Bugs still on roof. I I pay a $140 for a truck wash. I shouldn't get a 1/2 a#s job. I'm not too picky, cause I know there's things that get missed. But when you got 6 or seven people on the truck, things shouldn't be missed. Not happy with the quality of wash. I shouldn't have to pull up and reclean my truck. Teacher you guys and women to pay attention to detail. This is how you lose business blue. Beacon

Didn’t clean my trailer even the slightest, looks the exact same as when I brought it except I got a few more scratches now from them. Will not be back and encourage everyone not to go here. Waste of $33.

Horrible service 5/30/26 attendants “claimed” there was glass in the back of my trailer and suggested I should sweep it out. Offered to sweep it and then didn’t, then offered to give me a broom so I could sweep and then didn’t provide it. I only picked up paper and plastic no Glass whatsoever, staff is just lazy, quite frankly inconsiderate. This is the worst blue beacon I have ever been to. Extremely disappointed I have never had such an experience. Trailer was messy yes and I told them that prior and they checked it and said they could clean it, I guess not. Would have preferred them to be honest and say they don’t do debris washouts.They didn’t offer to charge more for the debris removal either. I had just left a location and needed the assistance to clean out my trailer quickly as I needed to be to another immediately after, and they were a waste of time and effort. I throughly cleaned my own trailer and there wasn’t a speck of glass in sight. Which I already knew because my previous load didn’t include glass.

Most of my experience was good. Staffing was light, (sat first in line for almost 40 minutes). But was pulled outta the bay because wash was done. Parked next to vaccums to find my placards had been destroyed. Luckily I had a couple to fall back on. Nice try on getting me caught up Blue Beacon. Don't worry, I won't be bringing my truck back here again!

Personally, I've never liked these places for cleaning trucks because they never do it right and on top of that, they charge a lot. But this place, personally, is the worst of all. They work just for the sake of working because they don't even pay attention to what they're doing. I told them to clean the trailer well, and well, you tell me what they did. Here are some photos.
